I ordered a White flower Bouquet for my mothers birthday. They delivered a day after the promised delivery and a bouquet with pink flowers. The bouquet wasn't bad but certainly not what i paid for. later they emailed that they weren't able to find white lilies so they made a nice bouquet on their own and delivered it. I told them that i wasn't happy about the delivery timing and how the bouquet looked. All they did was "regret" what happened, and they "tried their best". i will be disputing this charge with my credit card. Pathetic customer care
